  • Quad Cities MPO News

    The MPO Transportation Technical Committee meeting is set for 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at the Bi-State Regional Commission office, 1504 Third Avenue, Rock Island, Illinois.

Bi-State Regional Commission is soliciting proposals for a transportation planning study to evaluate potential safety, access, and mobility improvements on the Andalusia Road – Indian Bluff Road corridor located in Rock Island County, Illinois and part of the Quad Cities, Iowa-Illinois Metropolitan Planning Area (MPA). The contract will be held by Bi-State Regional Commission in cooperation with Rock Island County, the Village of Milan, and the Cities of Moline and Rock Island.
