 The FFY2025-2028 MPO Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) was adopted on June 25, 2024 by the Transportation Policy Committee. The TIP is a summary of roadway, public transit, trail, and related projects that are expected to be initiated during the next four years and will be financed in whole or in part with federal and/or state funds. Regionally significant projects requiring FHWA or FTA approval, regardless of the funding source, shall also be included. The four-year program is a result of requirements outlined in the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) or Bi-Partisan Infrastructure Act (BIF).
