MUSCATINE COUNTY MULTI-JURISDICTIONAL HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN
Bi-State is working with Muscatine County Emergency Management Agency to update its 2020 Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan (HMP). The draft plan is currently under review by Iowa Homeland Security and Emergency Management and FEMA.
