PUBLIC NOTICE - INVITATION TO BID
The Joint Purchasing Council at the office of the Bi-State Regional Commission, 1504 Third Avenue, Rock Island, Illinois 61201, will receive sealed bids for Municipal Water Treatment Chemicals for calendar year 2022 until 2:00 p.m. (local time), Monday, November 1, 2021. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at that time.
Specifications may be obtained from the Joint Purchasing Coordinator, Bi-State Regional Commission, 1504 Third Avenue, Rock Island, Illinois 6l201, (309) 793-6300. No deposit is required.
Bidders shall be responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal regulations that may pertain to this project. The Joint Purchasing Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities. All vendors must be preregistered with the Council.
